Lifelong Wellness Australia ships Australia wide. All orders are sent standard shipping. If you would like tracking please contact me for a quote. Orders are shipped via Australia post unless otherwise stated. Orders may take up to 14 business days to arrive, keeping in mind that we cannot control the delivery service. If your order is taking longer than the 14 business days, please reach out to us.
Please note Essential oils are shipped direct from the warehouse, processing times are out of my hands. Your order is placed with the warehouse as soon as I receive your order. I will update you as soon as your order is on it’s way.

No refunds, returns or cancellations. If you are unsatisfied with your order please do not hesitate to contact me with your order number and reason, and we will endeavor to come up with a solution that suits both parties.
